West Berwick Elementary

Ms. Shipman began her career as a math teacher at the Berwick Middle School.  She spent the next seven years of her career teaching various math courses at the Berwick High School.  In 2011, Ms. Shipman accepted the Dean of Students position at the high school.  She then held the position of Assistant Principal of the high school, Principal of the middle school, Principal of the high school, and Principal of Nescopeck Elementary.  She is currently serving as Principal at West Berwick Elementary.  

 

Ms. Shipman is a lifetime resident of the Berwick/Nescopeck area and a graduate of the Berwick Area School District.  She attended Bloomsburg University and Millersville University where she acquired her Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education/Mathematics.  Ms. Shipman furthered her education at Bloomsburg University and in 2011 received her Master of Education degree and Principal Certification.
