Mrs. Dunn, Dean of Students
Mrs. Dunn began her career in education in Prince George's County Public Schools of Maryland as a middle school 8th-grade math support teacher and integrated technology teacher. She then accepted a job in the Berwick Area School District as a third-grade teacher at Orange Street Elementary School. She continued teaching third grade at West Berwick Elementary School and has been in the district for over nine years. Mrs. Dunn has helped many students with home school instruction and various tutoring groups over the years in Berwick. Mrs. Dunn will now serve as the Dean of Students at West Berwick Elementary School.
Mrs. Dunn grew up in New Jersey but came to Pennsylvania for college. She attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and graduated Cum Laude with a dual certificate in Special Education and Elementary Education. While teaching for the district, Mrs. Dunn returned to Bloomsburg University for her master's in Educational Leadership. She has obtained her Pennsylvania principal certification for K-12 and completed her principal internship at West Berwick Elementary School.
